Katie's insurance career started in 2016. While she is mostly fluent in personal lines, she is expanding her knowledge into other areas of insurance as well, such as Commercial lines and Life insurance.
In 2018 and 2020 Katie received the Outstanding Customer Service Representative award. This award is only awarded to one insurance professional per year for the entire State of Vermont.
Also in 2018, Katie completed her Customer Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. In 2021, she continued to study and completed her Customer Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite) designation.
In 2021, Katie graduated with an Associate's Degree in Science, Business Administration with highest honors from Southern New Hampshire University. She was formally inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She received the 2021 Distinguished Scholar Award from Southern New Hampshire University.
When Katie is not providing excellent customer service to our clients, she can be found spending time with her husband, Jamos, her son, Jackson, and her family and friends. She loves watching basketball, hunting, camping, and working for her family's sugaring operation.
